Synetic's customer portal gives you direct visibility track and manage assets across various locations. You will have a clear understanding of asset location, condition, and utilization. 

Request a retrieval and Synetic will send the necessary packing materials, instructions, and return shipping labels to the address indicated within 48 business hours of notification. Once the item is received at our secure facility, we will inspect all devices for repair and reuse and wipe and destroy all necessary data. We will then either securely destroy and recycle the device, resell it for maximum value, or return the asset to you.  

If an employee's device breaks or malfunctions, request a repair straight through Synetic. Our team will ship out a replacement with instructions on how to return the damaged device. Once the damaged device arrives at our facility, we will determine if it is best to repair or remarket the device. If it can be repaired we can either ship the device back to the employee, to your office location, or store it in our back stock.  

Keep your backstock at Synetic's secure facility. With your backstock at our location, we can easily deploy devices immediately when requested. We can also make any repairs to the devices while they're at our facility.  

If you're ready to retire your device or ready for a device refresh, we can take your old devices and completely wipe all data off the device, repair and refurbish it and then remarket it to our downstream partners to generate revenue for you. Don't let old assets sit and collect dust, allow us to turn those old devices into revenue.  

If your device is old and unable to be resold or reused, Synetic can wipe all data off the device, shred it if necessary, and recycle all the parts sustainably. With our 0% landfill promise, none of your devices end up in the trash.
