Where is your Kansas City ITAD facility?

Our NAID AAA and R2v3 certified processing facility is at 1120 Clay Street, North Kansas City, MO 64116. We're open Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Do you pick up IT equipment across the Kansas City metro?

Yes. Our own NAID AAA trucks serve both the Missouri and Kansas sides of the metro, including Overland Park, Olathe, Lenexa, Lee's Summit, Independence, Liberty and Kansas City, Kansas. For remote employees, our box program ships return kits so devices come back securely.

Can you destroy hard drives onsite?

Yes. We offer onsite shredding and data destruction at your location, or we can destroy drives at our North Kansas City facility. Either way, you receive a certificate of destruction for every asset.

How can ITAD pay for itself?

We resell retired equipment on consignment and share the proceeds with you. Those proceeds can offset the cost of pickup, data destruction and recycling services.

What certifications does Synetic hold?
