At Synetic, we understand the challenges that come with a decentralized workforce and managing the assets of those employees. Through our Depot services, Synetic handles the entire lifecycle of your organization’s devices. Our process allows for a completely hands-free management of your IT devices.

Schedule an Overview

Deployment

Use our portal to request the deployment of a device. Easily choose the devices needed and add in the location and Synetic will ship out the device.

Storage

Securely store your devices as stock for new hires. Remotely manage your inventory and track assets when needed. Audit your current inventory for forecasting.

Repair

If a device is damaged, send it into our certified repair team for repair. We’ll send out a replacement laptop, so productivity never dips due to device issues.

Retrieval

Request a retrieval and we will send the necessary packing materials, instructions, and return shipping labels to the address indicated. Once the item is received at our secure facility, we will inspect all devices for repair and reuse and wipe and destroy all necessary data.
