Challenge
For Arvest Bank, ensuring sensitive customer information is irretrievably destroyed before IT equipment disposal is paramount. The organization sought a partner who could provide uncompromising data security while offering a reliable and seamless IT asset disposition (ITAD) process.
Solution
In November 2023, Arvest Bank partnered with Synetic Technologies to enhance its ITAD processes. Synetic provided Arvest Bank with a mobile hard drive wiping appliance that could be setup onsite at a secured location and utilized by Arvest Bank personnel. This allowed Arvest Bank personnel to wipe drives immediately upon receipt to ensure zero data loss. Synetic’s on-site Data Destruction Vehicle (DDV) provided an additional layer of security allowing Arvest to oversee the shredding process directly at their location.
